Parasprunki probably means some of the characters have starting going/gone paranoid/crazy or have lost their mind. The Injured ones like Oren and Raddy means that they are recovering, Just like the HighHats guy having the bloods removed, And the "shaker" having the same hair as hers innthe horror mode. But the plants coming from her eyes place have disappeared and she has recovered.
Know that pinky having a tape on her mouth means she has her mouth recovered (it was ripped off, with many of her teeth disappearing.
FACTS: The horror mode is called the "Crazy mode" in this game, As the mod is called "Parasprunki", It means that most of the characters have gone paranoid (like okawckx, the like guy having him ripping his own eye out)
