Yannis talking about his panicks hit me hard. I went to the ER 3 times this year, and legit feels like you're dying. So if you're dealing with anxiety/depression, the quicker you accept it, the quicker you can get help and get better
@@drxcoboi8277 every single time I went to the er they all said I had anxiety and it was just panicks attacks. I refused to accept it because the symptoms were so intense, but after I finally accepted it, I got the help I needed and now I feel better than ever
