Yes, you are over that job. Communication is the best way to get little issues resolved. I say little because that particular situation is little, in my opinion (which you asked for) You can ask how far in advance should you request time off to allow your supervisor to approve it before you leave on Thursday. Also you did start by saying you have until Monday so it is possible their schedule/ plan is to approve by Friday. I’d just have conversations to let them know what your concerns are. I have no problem with the ranting. Girl I rant about mine all the time. 😊 Just keep like you’re doing and not name the company
