    FYI- Oxidation Inhibitor Compounds are not required. However, they are highly recommended. Where used, the oxidation inhibitor must ensure that it doesn't adversely affect the termination, equipment or the conductors. Review 110.14 and the last paragraph.

    Do you need 3 To 1 Y Type MC4 Branch Solar connector if using a combiner box? THANKS

    there needs to be a code change to have that box up at least 4 feet high and mounted vertically with the door that swings open horizontally. , As an electrician why do I want to have to bend over to service or work on that stupid box why not work on it like a normal panel at normal height

      Perhaps a bit late on the ball... but. No fun having a arch flash in the box while working. Heat will go straight up in to your face. Also if there is raning it will be hard to check the box. Same if there is snow or ice on it (perhaps not much snow where this one is mounted but still not a good solution).
