This is absolutely mindblowingly amazing. I cannot believe how polarizing this was, it blends all the things I love about Floyd with all the things I love about Prometheus and Simon's visions. There's just nothing like this melding of psychedelic electronic and psychedelic rock. Joe Russo's contribution on the drums is absolutely vital and immeasurable.

the song starts with an interview with salvador dali describing the paranoia. the journalist was english if i dont remember wrong. in the song there is part of a finnish song called viimesen kerran by loituma. great job. bonus: album cover made by the guy who works with pink floyd for many of their album cover images.
