Great inspiration videos for my similar project in my garrage. I'm also considering leading the water outlets via a hose to a nearby flordrain. I will thou also put a shink in for cleaning the accessories. Have you considered a kitchen sink somewhere? I'm also planning on collecting "waste" water from the RO process and a potential condenser into a plastic barrel and using that with a circulation pump to feed the counter flow chiller. Saves some water 😅
Lots of great stainless fittings! The pex definitely looked a lot slicker with the crimp ring thingys (and also probably a lot cheaper than the adjustable hose clamps). Cheers dude!
If you're looking to get into this hobby, don't watch this video lol. What an insane setup! My brain hurts watching this video. I'm glad your back and making videos, I'm always so intrigued/blown away watching them.
Love the progress with the brewery! Great water install and well thought out, really love the RO system with that tap set up right over the brewtools system!
Also I would like to personally request another pastry sour video! Your pastry sours look phenomenal and I’d love to follow along and make one at home!
Love this kind of stuff. I went thru a somewhat similar process plumbing my garage brewery so I know it takes a ton of planning and work to do it well, it looks like you’ve thought this through nicely. I like your drain set up, it’s smart and totally necessary for a brewtools set up like this. Looks like you got the heights all sorted so it will passively drain out everything. Very nice. Just one little tip, Bobby at brewhardware has a brilliant little device for filling your kettle with an auto shut off so you can let it run and fill overnight.
On my RO system, unknown for yours, is running off power with a pump. What I did was measure the amount of water it would dispense over time, get a WIFI enabled plug and use Google Home to set up a simple script that starts and stops the pump when the amount of water I want has been dispensed. Then I added a cheap WIFI Camera over the Brewtools to make sure water is in the tank. And use the new Brewtools Cloud to start the brewday remotely, such as when I come home from work I can mash in.
Good question. I dug a French drain about 6 feet from the shed and covered it with rock. Planning to do a brewery garden just below that but waiting for next spring to plant anything
I’d love a brew shed and my wife wishes I had a brew shed, but the amount of gear you have and use makes me think of all the cleaning time. I’d have to take it all apart and make sure it gets a good clean as assurance that it’s clean.
In the voice of Jeremy Clarkson this brew house has some techno gadget wizardry going on! Great job.
Glad you’re back bro! Missed the videos.
I was getting nervous!
Nice job Dan!
I really like that condenser setup!
Cheers Glen! Big fan!

This shed is really coming together man, hope to use this info someday to build an awesome home brewery like you!
Looks like a lot of work that I would never know how to do lol. The heating coils in your brewtools looks pretty cool.
Dude Your brewshed is looking incredible! 🍻🍻
🙏🏼 thanks man

Evil genius! I’m taking notes 🍻
Where do you discharge all of your water? Where does it end up. An outside drain, the lawn, the street?

Hahaha cleaning is brewing! Although with a system like this, CIP does most of the work. I just sit back and watch YT. I’ll show my routine sometime
finally a video from you again! I love your brewery! Have you been to Brlo in Berlin because of the glass? Kind regards from southern Germany.❤
Yes! I was there this time last year and loved it! Going back again in February
So cool, I hope my setup is this intricate one day! For now BIAB it is.
BIAB is great!
🤘 Hell yeah! That's one slick setup!
Appreciate it man 🍻
Awesome work
Dreamy setup!!!
Solid video!! giving me ideas.
Looks awesome! Bet you never want to see a roll of Teflon tape again lmao
Jfc or a pex clamp 🙃
