Ur videoes are really awesome .. 👌 i really need videoes on psychology as i am preparing for upsc. I do not get any specific content on psychology anywhere chapterwise. I find it difficult for preparing for exam. Now i really appreciate ur effort thqt u make quality content and specific topics are covered very nicely and academically. It is really supportive for the exam. Thank you 😊
I'm very confused about these two lectures. The experimental designs which you covered in the previous videos, how are they different from the experimental designs covered in this video? Does this means that we have in total 5-6 types of research designs which include 1-experimental design 2-non-experimental design 3-pre-experimental design 4-true experimental design 5-quasi-experimental design
Research designs 1) Experimental design Pre- experimental Quasi experimental True experimental 2) Non-experimental design Case study Surveys Observation etc .
Quasi is when we aren't randomly assigning variables and there is no control group as well. Ex-post facto is when we cannot manipulate IV & just try to study what had happened already (e.g impact of earthquake of psychological well-being) Hope it helps!
@@MindReview as earthquake was experienced by every individual in ex post facto study ... so here is it contradicting with the non experimental group design phenomenology..... please clarify the difference mam... although your lectures are to the point ... im referring all your playlist for my masters entrance to clear my basic concepts.. ❤

So happy to hear that! Thank you for connecting and all the best ❤️
Such great examples are given. Made my understanding better. Thank you so much!
Jo chez kbi clear ni hui the aj hui alhamdulilah❤
Instead of manipulating iv in quasi experiment we rather choose iv , right?
