I'd never say never but to be honest you'd really have to set out to cause damage to actually do any harm. You have a layer of muscle tissue, not to mention the nerves are deeper still the other side of the bone. If you're worried about it here consider that the back of your thigh has the sciatic nerve travelling through as well as other smaller nerves which are much more "accessible" than the spinal nerves in this case. The best way to understand this is looking at some of the anatomy images on google :) And remember, we're looking to gently work the muscle, we're not drilling for gold here :D Often people are just unnecessarily forceful in general when using these tools. hope that helps!
I thnk this one is under 100$ right now, but you can even get some of the high end brands like hyperice and therabody's devices for about 100$ - they do also have higher end models too :)
Under $100 sometimes they have sales on and its a little cheaper but either way, its a good value device - we did a full review on it here: th-cam.com/video/c8FPRJMyU1o/w-d-xo.html

I see a lot of people say to stay away from the spine & places where nerves &. Arteries run
Yeah focusing on the muscle is what they’re designed for :)
You should never use these on bony areas like the spine
Yes using them on the bones of the spine is not good, you should focus on the muscles :)
@@BackInShapeProgram😂
@@BackInShapeProgramthen why promote?
@@aboroko4780 we are not promoting using them on the bone - we are promoting using them on the muscle.

Is there any way you can do damage to your nerves or spine whilst doing this.
Or are you pretty free with your movement of the gun?
