    Dr. Houghton. When you say inserting more horizontal or vertical do you actually mean more horizontal or vertical to the probe? Because doesn't the left upper pulmonary vein actually more commonly insert more horizontally, which is why why it is more aligned when you don't change your omniplane angle? While the LLPV is usually inserting from a more inferior and vertical orientation? Thanks.
