"this thing in the tank" is the fuel level sensor arm for those wondering. the black thing is the float that buoys the arm that tells the sensor how much fuel is in the tank.

I believe the 4 rotor will have a bit more power in it if you move the ITB's closer to the intake ports and have runners come off the ITB's, maybe also consider a secondary set of injectors pre-ITB's and set them up using staged injection. Use a smaller set of injectors post ITB's, these will only be active during idle and low TPS conditions. The injectors pre-ITB's should provide better mixing and Ive seen real world gains on 2.0l i4 engines.

Rather than ditch the stock fuel tank entirely, why not just add a surge tank / swirl pot? Lift pump from main tank to surge tank, and then pressure pumps from there to the injectors.
