Thank u for the interview to both of yall! This has to be one of the top honda builds out there at the moment. Great work man.
If my car brings you a little more pride that’s about the nicest thing I could hear about something that is otherwise totally selfish to me…so THANK YOU 🙏🏼
This is definitely on the list for Top 5 Hondas on this channel. Attention to detail was, and has continued to be , to the 10th degree on this build! It’s super inspiring to see clean Hondas, like he said, “not just in pictures” this thing looks flawless from all angles! I learned a few things too, thanks Jason!
This is a beautiful example of a golden era Honda. The owner seems like a dude I’d enjoy to interact with. I can appreciate the simplicity of everything that he’s done with the added level of complexity on things the average Honda head would miss. My car is pretty decent but the level of detail isn’t there like he has done here. Much respect!
Thank you Jarrod, and I appreciate the Love. And I know a lot of the details go over some heads but for the few that get it I know it gets them excited and that makes the time and effort even more worthwhile. Thanks…

Beautiful build and attention to detail. Yea we definitely need a company to come out the cut and start making restoration parts. These cars are pushing 30 years old now. I think it time.
It’s one of the reasons I agreed to do a long form feature and bring a little attention to those of us that would like to see more of these cars restored.
@jasonharadon yea, I totally agree. I'm all for it. I plan on getting back in the honda game soon, so it would definitely be nice to build something with ease. I'm not in my teens anymore, lol. Damn his parents buying him mugen valve covers and my dad kicked me outta his house for messin with hondas too much 😂. Epic epic build. Really enjoyed this. Thanks Gus.
I appreciate the kind words and what I was trying to say is that at one point, the Civic Type R had the most aggressive intake profile and its intake cam had the longest lift and duration of any B-series but I was told that by the time we got the Type R back in 2000 and 2001 they had matched the profile of the CTR to those engines. So if you bought a 2000/2001 ITR head (98 Spec in Japan or later)you were naturally given the same part and profile.
This build is very well thought of -- as efficient as it gets with a straight OEM engine at 200 whp. Nice touch with the ITR transmission with a longer 5th. 🍻
