    I have to agree with what Tyler just stated. It's nice to see someone who wants to learn and understand the importance of cutting the property with keeping in mind the client has to be happy instead of saying its only grass. Well done gents.
    Congrats Mike to you and your wife on the birth of your baby. Life will never be the same lol. Please also spend as much time as you can with them. I have 3 daughters who make me a proud father but man the time has flown by. They are now 19, 20 and 24. It sure does go by fast my friend.

    Something fell of of Jarron's phone when he jumped off the 4 wheeler in the trailer. If you look really close you can see it just to the left of his phone. I hope it wasn't anything too important. Honestly putting the mower in the pond was a great learning experience for him regardless. He will know to stop the mower leave it and go get something to pull it out. Don't keep trying to drive it out because it only sinks further and makes retrieval more difficult. Anyway thanks guys for bringing us along with you for the day. Mike you do have a really good kid for a helper. He seems to catch on to things pretty quickly and has a great attitude.

    Jaren cramping up as soon as he jumped on the 4 wheeler reminded me of when I got a cramp in my back when I was installing a 5ftx5ft piece of glass into a window off an extension ladder with the boss man standing under. I wonder if anyone has every brought the steep bank attention to the HOA, it seems like the people in the area could afford to grade a less steep bank around the drainage pond keeping the mowers out and probably making the neighborhood a safer place to be around for children if its that steep of an embankment they might not be able to climb out if they ventured towards the water in search of ducks or other wild life,. Seen so many people slide into this pond on Ryan's channel and several ponds like it claim mowers every year... HOA basically want you to stay away from the ponds completely, but that means you have no access to your back yard in an expensive neighborhood. They don't want people to fish in the ponds, which honestly for me that would be a reason to buy a home with a pond located on the property. To me that would be a selling point, and HOA I think should make it a selling point and provide a fishing dock, but also maintain it with gated fence to keep children from getting close to the water if they run off unsupervised on accident.

    Grate video Mike. Myself as a professional landscaper and lawn mowing guy, just one thing that I noticed that you might want to improve upon. This is constructive criticism - I noticed that you sprayed cut clippings onto the roadway then blew the clippings back onto the lawn that you had just mowed. I would never do that. I ALWAYS blow the clippings across to the other side of the road and onto the neighbour's lawn. It makes for a better looking lawn for your client. Cheers Brian.

  • @looniebinn
    @looniebinn ปีที่แล้ว +2

    You're going pretty close to that water honestly. If you've already got the weed eater right there, I would utilize it. You're saving no time at all when you get the mower stuck. It takes maybe an extra 10 minutes to do an extra couple of feet around that entire pond so you're not getting your tires close enough for the mud to just let you slide right in. I wouldn't get within a few feet of that pond with a mower, ever.
