After seeing both his and Lena's interview, in addition to reading some of the claims against him from people on set, I don't believe he is guilty of sexual harassment, but knowing where he's from and his temper, I do believe that his mouth has gotten the best of him on many occasions, which is probably the real reason he was fired. As seen from countless other people from this same area: Webbie primarily, Boosie, August Alsina, NBA Youngboy, etc., they all have tempers and are all impulsive and have gotten into serious situations solely because of the things they say and how they say it. I just hope he learns to control it because he truly is talented and I would like to see him in future projects.

Why couldnt they just recast his character to someone else? The ENTIRE show is based around Brandon and his character was interconnected to all the other main characters so killing him off randomly messed up the storyline. could have easily had someone else play the role!
Channel WAVY I hated that they killed him off but if you think about Chicago, that is life and it is fitting! Innocent people always die unexpectedly in that type of environment, so although I hate he departed, this makes lots of sense.

I understand why they felt they had to fire him but they really could have just recast his role.

It typically depends on who the guest is. For example, in the Amanda Seales interview Envy was also asking some really good questions but Charlemagne has a habit of intercepting those questions before they’re answered. If he likes someone then he’ll protect them from real questions and a real interview.

Amoizing Right! The few times I’ve been pulled into HR to answer some questions, they have told me what I’m being accused of. They get my side and they make their determination. I still have my job, so HR knows BS when they hear it.
But be clear, they told me what the other party said.
