Awesome I've been using lightning warp on monk too. I've found that using it with the lightning exposure gem (level 3) socketed has great synergy as the shocked ground created on warp applies the exposure (-20% lightning resist). I'm also using ball lightning so I can use lightning warp during boss fights, as an opener or as a teleport. Scatter shot and acceleration seem to work well on ball lightning but I haven't tested other options yet.

Hey, yea been playing it a lot on my days off. Been avoiding PoE2 content. Will give an update at some point. I Love the game still! Definitely needs lots of balance, updates, and changes though. Thanks for reaching out dude.
@ I’m doing the same when it comes to content. I’ve still not made it to cruel but I’m okay with that, still enjoying what I’m playing. Yup, many balances for sure! Take your time, and I’m looking forward to your update!
That armour really goes a long way on monk converting life to ES and then being able to double it. My sorc only has 137 ES 819 life in act 3, but i almost have max resist and just found a chaos resist ring.
Off topic question.. are you gonna make an ff7 rebirth video? I know its been months since the game came out but it seemed like you were gonna continue to cover the game.
Hi, thanks for reaching out. I am not a full time youtuber and ff7 videos take days worth the work to put together. I havent been able to find the time with PoE2, life and work, and being ill. Sorry if this is why you're subbed. Rebirth is like a giant undertaking to do breakdown/theory vids about. Its actually such a big task that I kind of have paralysis when trying to get that video done. Im also just not thinking about it as much right now and i can't force myself to make that video if im not highly motivated. This isnt my job. Its for fun and a creative outlet. So once the motivation strikes again ill get into it. No idea when that will be.
@@uhskippy23yea of course i did. I showed me beating the boss of the dreadnaught in 1 try. And this video is a whole act ahead of that section of the game.
@off-meta-michael I'm stuck on the king fight. The reason I asked is because I think your video before was talking about the dreadnought. I wasn't able to watch your whole video just yet. Hopefully I'll kill this guy because I imagine I'll have access to charged staff next. Died about 10 times now...ugh
@@Barn80 i dont think we can make that call during the early access period with half the game missing and the end game most certainly getting a major overhaul in the near future. For example, i doubt baldurs gate 3 was GOTY during its early access period. Lots of community feedback helped shape that game into a masterpiece. Also, even d2 went through many iterations and patches. When d2 first launched there were no respecs, no runewords, no druid or assassin, a super tiny stash that could hold a few items, and tons of unbalanced skills and mechanics. It was super hard for some people, and at the same time, other people were breaking the game and trivializing it. PoE2 is having the same things happen right now and its only been about 3 weeks. D2 has had 24 years. So, Id say its too early, but i will say that the combat feel of PoE2 is really nice to the point where other ARPGs feel like a downgrade. So if they can clean up a lot of the BS right now in PoE2 and keep the vision intact then I think it will be a game people wanna play for a decade. One thing too is that the QoL that PoE2 has for its stash tabs is in a place that d2 will never be unless blizzard wanted to revitalize the game for the third time, which will not happen. Its so nice to be able to label tabs and have currency auto sort itself. D2 is 90% mules with no way to search through them except checking through each character. I spent hours just looking through my mules everytime i wanted to make a new build and after years of that im just kinda done with it. Ive found everything in d2, made every runeword, invented new builds, played every class in as many ways as i could think of. There's nothing really left for me to do in d2. I can't really imagine wanting to go back and farm the pits, or make a paladin to efficiently clear chaos sanctuary for the millionth time. It seems quite empty at this point. Basically, If i end up getting bored with PoE2 then i won't play ARPGs anymore at all. im still looking forward to the rest of the acts and classes for PoE2.

Also, yes been playing PoE2 and learning the game, not trying to make content for it yet. Been playing solo and occasionally with some close friends/family. have lots to say but id rather wait a bit.
