- The 22nd artist feature of the month is Calyx & TeeBee. They're a Drum & Bass duo from UK & Norway respectfully and have been releasing music since as early as 1996 with most of their music released on RAM Records although they both started solo on Moving Shadow/Metalheadz (Calyx) & Subtitles Recordings (TeeBee) until 2006 which is when they started their Calyx & TeeBee project, They're both mainly known for their Neuro/Jungle tracks with a Dark/Techy vibe to them. This is Calyx & TeeBee.

Great mix, thanks for the upload. Is it weird that I only like their early stuff? Like the first half of this mix is really really strong. I think it's because the later stuff has a bit too many sounds going on, and the baselines don't sound as dirty. I've tried looking for other music like their early stuff, but can't find anything. Any recommendations?
nothing wrong with enjoying the classics at all, infact I kind of agree with you lol. But I can still appreciate the newer stuff I guess but nothing will beat mid 2000's dnb, it was a very different time for sure.

@@HikariSakai don’t get me wrong, I’ve been rinsing since 2000, mainly Renegade Hardware, Moving Shadow and Metalheadz and could never quite grasp the „neurofunk” moniker. It’s rather techstep to me or DNB basically

I think they're being a bit harsh man. It's a great mix, and you've clearly put a lot of effort into it. Personally the blends are a bit drawn out, sometimes you need to dump a track and let the next one breathe a bit more, otherwise you loose the emphasis of the drop. But that's just me.
