Yo, when he says when me and Elton (John) played career Russian Roulette, he’s talking about them performing Stan together at the Grammys.
Eminem was up for Album of the Year and there were protests to have Eminem drop from being a nominee due to his homophobic lyrics.
And of course, Elton John is gay.
I didn’t see anyone comment this so I figured I would explain that line.

Yeah he's basically saying that each of their respective fans could have been hating towards them because they stand for different things, like Elton John fans might not like Eminem so could boycott Elton John and vice versa. I think most people understood it though that it's more than just music. It showed Eminem didn't hate gay people.
