Someone pointed out in the live stream you had 6971 Inter Galactic Command base. You also have 6952 Solar Power Transporter, 6930 space supply station, and 6931 FX Star Patroller. The gray corner parts and green canopy’s are from 6952, the blue canopies and blue cupboards are from 6930, and the blue 2x2 arrow tiles and blue canopy and window is from 6931.
The pink plates are I think from happy meal toys and you had those slopes that go with them. I would love to see if you could sell the mega bloks for $10 to make this basically a free lot
In such good condition those baseplates would be about 15$ + shipping. Definitely build all the classic space in there, they are some of the best vintage sets out there :D

I love the vintage lego pieces. You definitely have 2 of the space sets from 1984.i only remember them because of how excited he was to get them for his 10th birthday. I don't knew the set numbers.your father in law got his $10 worth.
In the misc/mega blocks pile at 12:40, you have a red key. That is a Lego key that winds up a pair of wheels (mine as a kid had a yellow buildable chassis) and once you remove the key, the car rolls on its own power. You might want to hang onto that one, in case you'd find the wind up chassis. There's no way to wind it up without this key. That stood out to me as soon as i saw it, as I used to love that yellow Lego wind up car.
When you mentioned saving old faded lego bricks, that makes me think of when I went to a Flea Market and there was a booth there that had a 15 gal. Bin of lego for $130. When I went through it there were alot of faded brown, black, and gray bricks and at first I was going to give them to my brothers because they really don't care what colors they are but then I thought that they would be perfect for an apocalypse building. So I kept them, I still haven't built that building yet though
I've got 3 full 40 gallon bins of Lego, that my family has collected since my oldest brother was little. I'm getting back into building so, I've got to start sorting soon.

This haul was definitely worth the 10 dollars! So many cool vintage pieces it's unreal. I can tell you that the 2 road plates are from 6391 Cargo Center along with those large yellow doors. I hope you can piece together the space sets for sure. If I were to pick something from the haul, it would be the spaceman minifigures. They are so cool! For the old used bricks, I'd make a separate bin like you mentioned on the video. You can always use them as filler parts that aren't seen if you build a big MOC that needs structure inside of it. Those big yellow doors look like train container doors. theyre deffinately a pair. considering you have a lot of vintage space stuff there, its possible the train container doors were used in one of the space station sets too. have fun with your random brick collection and build something unique.

By looking some of the bricks up on bricklink, I was able to identify some of the other sets that are possibly in there. I think there are some bricks from Super Basic Set 599 and Basic Set 577. I an not completely sure because a lot of basic sets/universal building sets have very similar bricks in them.
honestly i would keep the damaged peices i got a huge lot of vtg lego for 30£ (in a vintage lego wooden tub) and theres damaged peices but i still used them and they could be used for old castle ruins mocs and other stuff :D (edit you could use that broken helmet for a moc with like a space war or smth :D)
All that castle wall is soo worth 10 bucks. Dang it. I've spent 40 bucks plus on bulk lego and have gotten less castle pieces when I requested them and also bought 10 bucks of bulk Grey

The doors are from set 6391 "Cargo Center", which also has those baseplates. They're also used on trains.

The piece you showed in 1:50 I'm sorry to say is an old door but has had the middle section snapped off, you can see where it would have been.

Definitely for the most part 1980's era lego... Alot of classic space goodness mixed in there!
