      @DickeyDolrecipes  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      And about to sesame oil Which brand you use I don’t know but Usually Sesame oil have very nice smell and is giving very nice flavor, Mostly sesame oil using for flavor. Indian sesame oil is not good,you can buy Japanese sesame oil,Korean and Thai.

    • @shivaninaik7172
      @shivaninaik7172 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sprig has decent toasted sesame oil. Normal sesame oil in india is very pale in color and has no flavor, it's good for frying but not for flavor :)

    How to store laphing chilli for a long time?

    • @DickeyDolrecipes
      @DickeyDolrecipes  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Keep in fridge and it will last a month. I am staying at Delhi. Here the weather is so hot. Since we add oil it will preserve the chili so as a result of it, chili will not waste easily

    What is that Sichuan pepper???

    • @DickeyDolrecipes
      @DickeyDolrecipes  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sichuan pepper is one of the Himalayan side or most of the Asian people use it as a black pepper but it has different flavour than normal black pepper. If we add it while making meat then it will give a superb flavour
