Hello, Firstly I am so thankful to you for the lectures you provided on Hindu Succession Act. Sir, i have one doubt. For example there is one unmarried daughter, who is considered as coparcener by birth, is member of HJF. As soon as she gets married, she ceased to be member of that HJF and consequently she becomes member of HJF of her husband. How is that possible that daughter is now not a member of that HJF (Father's family) but she is a coparcener in that coparcener property? If it is like that, then can we say that being coparcener there is no need of being member of HJF. I would be grateful to you if you help me in solving my quary. Again Thanks a lot sir.
26:26 you said " jo v coparcener h wo Hindu joint family ka member hai" Lekin jo married daughter hai wo apne father k property me coparcener hai but member to wo apne husband k hindu joint family ki hogi na??
i've never been more irritated in my entire life. sorry but why do you repeat each word 2-3 times. its so distracting. i couldnt finish it. at last i had to drop it
