You’re right, I was a bit cursory there. The curse of knowing something well and expecting others to when talking it about. I give a proper explanation in my video on Bludgeon decanters, and I think I mention it again in the B Edwards of Belfast decanters video. I will mention it again, because it has quite a pivotal role in glassmaking in the British Isle’s in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
