I really really like this concept for Guy and I wish they would put it in the anime. They played it off as a joke when Guy was hitting on Leon, but it's cool to know that at one point in the story, it was literal.
😂😂😂yup, and I feel there’s something special about this: when Guy switches between male and female, he likely has gender-specific characteristics, but when Rimuru does, there are no gender traits-maybe Ciel blocked them 😂
@lighteningball I think that's a different thing for Rimuru. I don't think Rimuru is unable to force the issue. If Rimuru really wanted, being male or female is something they could do. At least from what I can tell, Rimuru has not made any real attempt to do so. Also Rimuru being a Slime is genderless by default.
That doesn't seem to be the case for the demons. The demons do seem to have a gender they identify with or at least default to.
Pretty confident that male Guy is not a Ken doll and Female Guy is not a Barbie lol.
But Rimuru would have to put further effort into that choice.

Hope "Lake shore dyed scarlet incident" is on Testarossa vídeo, its such a cool side story specially going more into Blanc character and personality (since she doesnt have that much of a focus in normal LN chapters). Mainly her side story and Vol 17 as well, which reminds me: Did you covered vol 17 already? If not, are you planning to do?
Edit: I really like Guy and Velzard dynamics, be it LN or WN. Such underrated couple, they deserve much more.
Perhaps Chloe or Adult Ramiris might stall her? Since both are stronger than Milim, who is a bit stronger than Guy and Velzard. If someone much stronger interfers, Guy wont have to worry that much
Lakeshore requires a full episode to cover, so I’m planning to tackle that this week, as many people have requested it. As for Velgrynd in Volume 17, I’m a bit hesitant to cover it because, personally, I find it somewhat dull. What do you think? Those stories don’t contribute much to the main plot, and they introduce far too many new characters who won’t appear in future works.

Another thing that would be interesting from my perspective would be whether Rimuru will acquire the "Frost Lord, Velzard" skill or not.
I say this because, from a narrative point of view, it is unnecessary and even illogical, but at the same time, he has already acquired the abilities of the other 2 True Dragons (not counting Gaia, who at the moment is not a True Dragon in the light novel ) So there should be the possibility of it happening, even if it didn't happen in the web novel.
And the truth is that I don't want them to give him abilities just for the sake of it, but the completionist part of me would like it to happen just for the sake of having the complete series, so I'm in a bit of a dilemma.
Rimuru has Velzard dragon factor already, it isnt impossible for Ciel to give Rimuru the US "Frost King Velzard". Regardless, if the dragon factor is all that is needed, Velzard might as well obtain the same advantages as her younger siblings (be revived without losing memories or personality traits, via Rimuru)
@zeldris_zezinho I completely forgot about that, it's just that of course, since he doesn't get it from her, but rather he gets it from defeating Michael, I don't associate one thing with the other.
@@pabloallerfernandez4442its fair. Actually, rimuru and her arent connected since they dont have a soul corridor (which is essential for the other 3 to revive themselves). He might have her dragon factor and maybe a ultimate skill in the future (possibly it will be integrated into Azathoth) but not a soul corridor. Rimuru only has Velzard Patience King and frost abilities currently

I think in the LN should be similar, Guy’s skill should be very strong. Remember Guy was curious about how Rimuru awakened Rain and Misery, he wanted to see the process desperately, but blocked by Diablo😂😂😂
in my opinion he can't copy the rimuru Alteration anymore because he was done he freed Velgrynd back then vol 15 haha he doesn't really have control over velzard he just wants to defeat guy and tried to free him nothing happened@@lighteningball

Yea, there is not more new stories and we already covered all in our reviews, for prediction, we used the WN story as reference, since ppl need to figure out how I reach those predictions.
