👏🏻 Eileen I connected a lot with the fact that my dad would also bring out the green can of turtle wax 🐢and wax the car, my first example of detailing, oh the nostalgia 💭
Yes and my dad would also go to the dealership to buy touch up paint and add a few drops in the tin to make the wax the same color so it would hide the scratches or chips.
@SoCleenDetailing 😜😜yes we used t-shirts for the cars, but then my dad said, "Let's use this fluffy towel from JCPENNEY", and even my grandfather liked it and my uncles as well. So we used fluffy towels since then for drying and buffing waxes 😜😜

My childhood favorite color was always red because I was in love with a 67 fastback mustang in cherry red that I saw when I was younger but it's since changed to green which is why I chose that color for my brand. I'd love to wrap my car one day but not sure what color I'd go with but that purple actually sounds pretty cool!

David! Yes that is my favorite paste wax. So much so I have about 3 jars of it. My car is ceramic coated so I don't really need them but just for nostalgia I do it once a year with some good tunes on a nice cool Sunday morning and it brings back all the good memories!
