Hi . This was my car for roughly 10 years and it was very hard to part with it. I imported it from Palo Alto California many years ago . It was sold to the current owner about 4 years ago. One comment on the dialogue is that the front wings are aluminum ( not steel ) . The only ferrous parts on this car Ex Factory are the firewall, the nose, and the ladder frame . The car is a 4/4 Competition 2 Seat Roadster . The original engine would have been a Cortina 1500 non crossflow and it was updated to the 1600 crossflow before my ownership. This car weighs approx. 1420 lbs and the cross flow Cortina engine makes about 130 - 135 HP and revs and sounds Glorious ! The Engine builder for the car was Alan MColl from MCE Motors in Chilliwack .
Hi there, I've watched your 4 videos for this resto project and I enjoyed them. I own a '62 Morgan 4/4 (passed on to me by my father) and am looking at doing this level of restoration in the next couple of years. This has provided me with some food for thought. I'd be interested in visiting Pat as my parents live in Victoria and my aging father would love to see this restoration in progress.

Thanks Brian! Of course the fenders are AL, I picked them up last week (Episode 3) and they weight nothing! Do you have a Morgan currently?
No Morgan currently . Yes Triumph TR250 and a 67BGT
