How do you have his stamina and kick at EX and more from the start?
And also how do japan ver have 3 reo(with nagi in his art and white jersey) in the characters and his cards are also changed and better unlike how they are currently,they were not gold and blue unlike now(saw him in some video)

It's his ability to gain a specific amount of stamina at first and few characters gain kick power at the start of training due to the campaign. The Movie Reo actually released a few months after the 1st Anni in JP Server whereas he was released way early on the global, so he was nerfed to match the pace of the game.
