Dagdag-evacuation sites, dapat unahin ng pamahalaan kaysa flood control projects - Gov. Padilla

Naniniwala ang gobernador ng Camarines Norte na mas dapat unahin ng pamahalaan ang pagtatayo ng dagdag na evacuation sites sa halip na flood control projects lalo na sa kanilang lugar.
Ayon kay Gov. Dong Padilla, maraming itinatayong flood control projects na hindi naman umano kailangan at hindi agad natatapos kaya hindi rin napapakinabangan.

I agree...aabutin pa kasi ng ilang taon yang flood control projects na yan...tapos hindi pa sure kung gagana ba...dahil walang masyadong alam namamahala e...tapos may corruption pa...dapat evacuations sites nlng unahin...
