Hi, you can use 1/4 household white distilled vinegar and 3/4 water. I also scrub the parts with liquid dish washing soap. These are approved methods by Apeks. You can also use Biox if available in your area. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have more questions. Please consider subscribing :).
You made gross disassembly mistakes. I recommend reading the original tutorials. Video about how not to do it. For those who watched it - DON'T DO THIS !!

Is this the same procedure and service kit for the ds4?
Yes, but ds4 has the environmental seal portion. Basically the same though
