One of the things I noticed about winter’s fancams is that she never loses her focus, she has this death stare to the camera and she carries this stare entire time. I think it is one of the reasons why her fancams are the most popular. For example if you watch other aespa members fancams you can see that they look at each other and break the eye contact with the camera. It is not a bad thing and it could be their way of performing. But it certainly brings winter’s performing style in the spotlight more.
She is a perfectionist and is pretty easy to know. Maybe people don't like but it's one of the main reasons for her being such a successful 4th gen idol.
Well actually she'll still do eye contact with members when there's necessary. I would say that she can control her head movement and her stare well which gives the audience the sense of stability. You'll find that most of the kpop idols which has higher fancam views also have this similarity, even some of them might not be the best dancer in the group.(eg. Irene, Lisa, etc). Higher popularity might help with the views but the artists ability to attract and made the audience stick on them when watching their performance/fancam also helps alot. Also her perfectionist on her details and control of movement just made her fancam even more interesting, when she'll slightly change details of the choreo of her part depending on different conditions like styling.
