I will make my comment here, because this is the first video that I watched on my problem)
Make sure that your RX connected to Pixhawk receives a signal from TX in MissionPlaner: SETUP - Mandatory Hardware - Radio Calibration
after that, put BRD_SAFETY_DEFLT=0 in config (I understand that this is a newer name in new versions of MissionPlaner for BRD_SAFETYENABLE) and MOT_SAFE_DISARM=0.
Next, go to SETUP - Mandatory Hardware - Servo Output and select the function for your devices, my motors were in the first positions.. i.e. 1,2,3,4. First I chose the Motor1, Motor2 function.. (how many motors do you have) and went to the SETUP - Mandatory Hardware - Motor Test. And I was checking like a melody if you click on the test (I have pixhawk 2.4.8 and FS-iA6B). Next, I connected the battery and this test worked and the motors began to rotate.
You can either perform ESC calibration before or after the last point. I don't quite remember the order. But if you select the Motor1 function, then the motors will work as if in a program, and not with TX. To control them with TX, set the RCIN# function (# = the channel number for throttle). In this configuration, the motors operate from the TX. But I'll have to figure out how to change it automatically and so on. At first, to avoid beeps, it works.
