If the npcs could aim half the time then that wouldn't be a problem.
Also I wouldn't call that healer a melee it's kind of nonsense because he doesn't even hit anybody.
He would be a support class.

Yea it’s neither healer is none or ranged some say ranged cuz he heals them within range but he doesn’t do damage so yea

Is there a mod to make their accuracy better? Because range units are not very good at hitting shots

I don't think so. There are mods that improve some units or animations ("VanillaPlus" and "fixmod"), but I don't think these mods can improve the accuracy of ranged units
