    2. Professionals in attendance can apply the acquired knowledge to refine their approach when supporting English-speaking caregivers, considering linguistic and cultural differences.
    3. Attendees will gain an understanding of the specific challenges faced by English-speaking caregivers in the West Island of Montreal, especially regarding language barriers and access to services.
    Jiri Snitil holds a bachelor's degree in Human Relations and has more than eight years of experience in Quebec's community health and social services sector. Since 2020, he has led the Groupe des Aidants du Sud-Ouest, focusing on developing innovative services in caregiving. Passionate about community action, he is actively involved in projects that seek to fill gaps in support services.
