Theres almost more tenacity now. Steraks gives it, wits end gives it. They removed the one talent that gives tenacity, but added a permanent 10% to 1 rune opposite picking health rune. Thrre isnt less tenacity in the game right now.
They removed/changed the unflinching rune as well. Tenacity is less in the game if you have to wait for a full item to get it. Especially since Steraks is a 3 item usually and very few champs top go wits end.
IDK if it was said in the vid before I comment but all those pings for the dive at lvl 6 wasnt even Veigo, the thresh and lux pings got you both to dive when i dont think either of you wanted that play.
