It's because these are car addon mods but compared to the ones you see on TH-cam, these have lore friendly customization meaning the visual customization on those car addons are something you'd expect from the vanilla version of Need for Speed Underground 2.
In each of the videos I posted about these car addon mods I posted, you can find links on the description box. You'll need Binary, Unlimiter for UG2, Extra Options for UG2, and Car Sound Tuner in order to make these car addons work. Oh and in addition, these will only appear on a newer save file.
