Say I lifted the printer a bit to see how the part comes off as referred to at 4:10 of your video. Which is awesome by the way. Unfortunately a part fell off and I can't find what it is and where it goes. I download the parts manual and it is the only part not listed. Plus the part number does not exist. It reads A1-4 on it. It looks like it hooks onto something while at the sometime slips around a shaft of some sort. Would appreciate if you have any inkling as to what the heck it is. Wish we could send pics through here.

I have 13.20.00 fuser paper jam error on p3015. There is no paper left in the printer. I've tried to blow with blower interior and it solved temporary but unfortunately after printing duplex again it appeared on screen ! Is there anything related to fuser ? Any dirt or loose connection? How can I handle with this situation?
