    That, ( especially the last minute and a half ) is the most lucid and intelligent discourse I’ve ever heard of this very complex topic. What a brilliant fellow.! 🙏 ❤ 🙏

      Does Church and clergy accept this interpretation by Swami ji? If not, then its Swamiji's personal views, not mainstream Christianity.

    The true meaning of Brahman is Supreme Consciousness, to understand this we have to know what is reality behind our existence. To know this we have to understand the Advaita Vedanta then we will know that there is know difference between Brahman and Zesus.

    The pure self, whether referred to as 'I', 'you', or the divine, is an experience that transcends the limitations of the mind. However, the mind, shrouded in illusion, creates a sense of separation, perceiving the majestic presence of Jesus, for instance, as distinct from oneself. In this state, the mind acts as the seer, perpetuating the illusion of duality.
    "When the mind, as the seer, dissolves through profound understanding, the experience of the self is revealed. The beauty and majesty once attributed to Jesus are now recognized as an expression of the self, or Brahman. In this realization, all perceptions reflect the radiant, wholesome beauty emanating from within.
    "Thus, it becomes clear that you are not Jesus, but the beauty and divinity you perceive in Jesus are, in fact, a reflection of your own true self, or Brahman.

    With due regards to Swami ji, he is incorrect here because he is interpreting Christianity and Islam from Vedanta viewpoint. While the correct interpretation of Christianity and Islam comes from followers of these religions. Will Pope or a Christian bishop or an Islamic scholar agree with this interpretation of Christianity and Islam ? Will they accept "I am Jesus or I am Allah" or consider it blasphemous ? Let Christian bishop or Maulana decide.

      A person who talks about a Universal philosophy will not discard followers of other religions.. the one true God will not abandon his/her children, whatever maybe their religion.. so please do not sow discord by claiming to know more than this person, who has had years of training in the Shastras. If you were truly knowledgeable, you wouldn't have said so.. but then again, all is a play of divine maya.

      @@sagnikgangopadhyay4687 I also follow and deeply respect Swamiji for his profound Vedantic wisdom. But Swamiji has years of training in the Shastras, not in Hadiths or Bible. Swami ji cannot decide what it means to be a "Good Muslim or Good Christian"; only practising Muslims/Xtans and their scholars can. Different religions are different; don't impose superficial sameness.

      @@sagnikgangopadhyay4687 Will Pope or a Bishop ever tell you to be a "Better Hindu or Vedantist" rather than convert to Christianity? On the contrary, they'll try to convert you to Christianity. This "Better Christian" is a myth otherwise Sister Nivedita wouldn't have become a Hindu.

    Why did Hillary climb Mt Everest?
    Because it was there.
    Why do a few of us seek a broader experience?
    Because it is there.
    Why waste time when only the body needs sleep?
    I Am that I Am.

    You can really only speak about sth with precision when you have diligently studied. Just like a language needs to be studied one at a time to learn it. Later if you did learn it well you can translate. But don't try to learn different languages at the same time and make them into one. If you have not studied Bible and not attended much doctrine teaching, you are not competent. Same with Hindu studies. Unfortunately I did not study that great treasure. I can only enjoy listening and learning a little bit from teachers now. I wish I had known how excellent and beautiful the seeker's truth of India is. We are always warned to stay away from other truth, that is prejudice. I did not profit from that.
    You should know what is what. Just like you know: this is French, this is English, this is Japanese. You do not mix it. You only enjoy it. But if you don't know sth, all you have is prejudice. And you are wrong about it.

    Swamiji, with all due respects, is wrong here..if ALL is Brahman and there is NOTHING apart from Brahman, then Jesus, allah, Buddha are nothing but Brahman. The essence is the same, only the name and form are different

      Sorry son, you are gravely mistaken. I feel Swami Sarvapriyanandaji would say that Jesus has Brahman as the Reality behind him, just as you and I!! Nothing can be apart, separate or different from Brahman. Think about this gist of Advaita.😊

      @achyuthcn2555 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@achyuthcn2555i dont think that's what he was saying at all, he repeated what swamiji said about Brahman being the reality behind everything including you me, krishna and jesus. So to it's correct to say theyre all satchitananda fundamentally but in the lower world that you and i live in, you and krishna are different, you and ramakrishna are different you, and jesus are different and still youre all fundamentally Brahman

    • @achyuthcn2555
      @achyuthcn2555 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @IlIl791 ,No the fact that Swamiji brings all religions aa different paths to same Truth is outright ludicrous. Where does it say in Abrahamic religions that souls reincarnate when it is fundamental to Advaita?? If Advaita is truth, then what ever Vedas teach is the path to truth and whatever religion that teaches against vedas are false. The hypocrisy is unbearable bcz he frequently brings up this equivalence of world religions.

    • @IlIl791
      @IlIl791 10 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @ Yes this is an important point youre making. "Harmony of religions" doesnt mean "equivalence of religions," youre right no where in the bible or quran does it say "Brahman alone is real," when swamiji says there is "harmony in religion" it's that any religion can lead someone to God, not that the claims in each religion are the same.
      So if you trust in advaita you can believe Brahman alone is real and the abrahamic religions are not the full picture because they never move past the idea God is one thing and his creation is another separate thing. It's like advaita is the highest learning and abrahamic traditions or bhakti paths in hinduism are lower levels. Ramakrishna experienced the highest level while practicing islam and christianity and various bhakti paths of hinduism so he concluded each religion is a path to Brahman, but most muslims or christians (and most people trying advaita!) will never experience it in their lifetime.
