    THIS SERIES NEED TO STAY. Like there's no other model agencies in the world that's showing so much about what's going on in the real modeling world, and showing everything about training. There is def room for improvement, like upload frequency for one, and maybe more on the actual training process....or maybe it's industry secret and not everything can be shown, idk. I enjoyed every single episode although abit slow in upload...pls keep filming more content ❤❤❤

      The series before this one was much better. This one had an awkward pacing and didn’t go as in depth with the models and the training it felt like. It only focused on one part of the training and that was the only content in the episode.

    will def miss this series! although it was quite slow for uploads, it was something that I was anticipating for every month. I feel like this season there's alot more things being shown, like this episode where clients are coming in for casting, it's very interesting and informational for audience to know from the real model world angle. pls bring this series back soon 🥺🥺🥺🥺

    This is one of my most favorite episodes ever. I love how they show us the clients view of the assessment. It really shows how model should not only look but also act. Love the reaction from basic model staffs too on the assessments. I really hope this show continues nxt yr, would love to continue watching these kind of progression in the models and also the production for the show 😍

    Alot of people are saying that the staffs are toxic as hell or exaggerating things too much but isn't professionalism part of the models' job. Imagine that you are a client who's much older than Leyi and she starts refuting what u have said. In asian culture and modelling industry (even in the entertainment industry), there's a big emphasis on your attitude and the way you carry yourself and also seniority. The staff can let the models to continue this kind of attitude but there's tons of models for clients to choose so if they are not comfortable with the way how u present yourself, they will find someone else. Also the models represent the company, they are a brand image so it's important for them to improve their presentation as well. Even if u don't mean to have a rbf, clients can interpret it wrongly.

      I think it goes both ways tbh. Professionalism is important, but part of training new employees in any industry is helping them to gain expertise and feel confident in their work, and there's loads of evidence nowadays that shouting at people for making one mistake and being impatient with those who need more time produces badly-motivated employees who work to a worse standard. The employer then gets even more annoyed because they're producing poor work, and so the vicious cycle continues.
      I suspect the agency would end up seeing more trainees meet their potential if they were nurtured and encouraged a bit more, and given the chance to improve gradually, rather than being snapped at for not understanding how to do a professional photoshoot perfectly first time. I appreciate it's a business and it needs to make money from the trainees as soon as possible (and also that not everything can be shown in a youtube series), but as a business manager myself I wouldn't say this series demonstrates modern best practices. (I still love it though and am 100% tuning in next time)!

    Maybe instead of calling all these young girls embarrassing and humiliating them online, take accountability for their lack of performance and analyse where the agency went wrong with its training and guidance. The attitude of the leaders are appalling

    Can I be a male model if I am 174cm now? I am currently 13 this year and I have been stalking this channel 😍 It is so entertaining and it motivates me :D I have a strong passion for modelling now and I hope that I can get into BASIC in around 2 more years, but I am not sure if I will reach the minimum height requirement of 180cm. Please post more tips on modelling I really want to get into this modelling agency :) Thanks so much if it is possible 💖

    Subtitles would be great, especially since the judges slip into mandarin at times. The audio is muffled and we can’t lipread because the judges masks are on.

    Am I the only one who was a bit creeped out by how In the 7th industry assessment the photographer asked the male model to take off his shirt - only to tell him he needs to work on his chest and shoulders? I get that he asked for permission but I don’t think he needs to take off his shirt to see how big his chest and shoulders are, and you wouldn’t ask a female to take off their clothes to see which body part they need to work on.

    • @ssc6386
      @ssc6386 ปีที่แล้ว +68

      I disagree. Being a model means your appearance/body is the main focus. In the fashion industry, clients have the right to assess the fitness of the models they're potentially hiring. Especially since in this case, the model's t shirt was loose fitting and muscle definition cannot be seen through his shirt. And the client had the right suspicion since the male model was significantly lacking in muscle definition. Ultimately, if the model isn't comfortable taking off his shirt, then he's 100% in the wrong industry. As for female models, it's not uncommon for clients to ask them to come in their undergarments to assess their bodies and take measurements at castings.
