- Get ready for another fun ‘on the rocks’ tutorial! This one is done is a classic Margarita style! I do attach my topper slightly different than my last video- I like to show different ways so crafters can pick and choose what works best for them!
In this video you will see how I create the cup itself (ombré base coating, glittering with the epoxy method and applying vinyl) as well are creating the topper from start to finish.

Stainless tumbler- this on is a 20oz modern curve from The Stainless Depot

-I have had mine for forever, I may have gotten them from Counter Coulter (CCDIY).
~Spray paint~

I really love these toppers. And, I love hearing the train in the background!!
Haha thank you! We live less than a mile from the train track and have trains coming through all day. I try to edit the train out but sometimes I can’t 🙈

Yessss 👌 I use E6000 for this when I leave it overnight . If I’m in a hurry I do 2 part fast set epoxy/glues (the kind in the fattie double syringes with both sides pressed down at the same time) gorilla glue or something reputable .. I have 5 minute or 30 minute cures, they both work fabulously. 🙌

I don't drink either, but this sure makes me want a frozen limeade! How pretty and sparkly! You do such beautiful work! ❤️❤️❤️❤️. One possible problem I see is that margarita is spelled with a "q," not a "c." I'm thinking it might ought to be Marq in my hand. No biggie, though, as I think everyone will know what it means.

Are you talking about the decal? It says ‘MARG’ as is ‘MARGARITA’. :)
I absolutely love it!! Could you use a little paint brush to put the epoxy on the topper? And you don't need to epoxy the limes too?
Thank you! You could but I like to fill in all the cracks and for me, it is better if I drizzle it in there haha

Love this cup!!! Where can I find the coaster mold for the lid?? I like your idea of a detachable lid. I'd rather be able to clean my lids than have to worry about it not being as clean as it should be.
You can get them several places! These may have come from counter culture (CCDIY) but Amazon also has several sizes. :)
@@damfancycreations I just found them on Amazon but not sure if they will fit.....I'm not a math lover....as a matter of fact I hate math!!! lol!! Will a 2.87 in mold fit a 20 inch or 30 in tumbler lid???
@@dublintoo you need to measure the lid you are using it for. I use the 2.75 coasters for the 20oz modern curve tumbler from hogg and smaller ones for the skinnies. Hogg is the only brand I use and other tumbler lids may be sized differently so it is best to measure your lids. :)

Will these coasters fit the 20oz skinny tumblers
There are different sized car coasters and lids so I would measure the tumblers you will be using. The sizes are listed on car coasters so grab a few in the sizes you need. :)

How do you wash the top with the magnets on it
What fo you mean? They are epoxied on so you can wash the lid just like a regular lid- the magnets will not come off. :)

Anyone reading this: use the parchment paper method to layer your vinyl. It will save you TIME. Stress. And probably a glass or 4 of wine.
