No, it's severely out of tune... like... really really badly out of tune. It almost hurts to listen to. Seether's guitar techs should be fired or taught how to properly tune a guitar. Other than that it's a great set.

He should probably change guitar between all songs even if the tuning is the same to accommodate the de-tune.
