What a waste of a building. Instead of maintaining what they've got properly, they will build a new court for 43 million of our tax money. Really interesting explore
this building is far too run down, and they are building a brand new state of the art cinema in its place to go with the rest of a £300m regeneration plan
@@andrewbillmarleyschannel06.75 For sure it’s very run down, but that’s a conscious decision the owners took over many years. Besides, a full strip back to the shell and redevelopment would save all that concrete waste. The police station next door is a more obvious choice to save though. There are very similar towers in Preston and Wigan that were converted to flats and a premier inn. Imagine those stag and hen groups paying to spend a night in the cells!
@olliei The shell is RAAC. That's why it closed. Strip it back to the shell and you just have crumbling concrete. And "the owners" are the state. The poor maintenance over the years is what was voted for. It's called austerity.
Thankyou .. intresting to see inside the abandoned courts .
We are glad you are enjoying the content. we are putting out thank you for your feed back 😁

Fucking hell mate that’s fucking Well Loud what was it The Fire alarm or burglar alarm I would be trying to turn the bastard thing off
Think its a burglar alarm, triggered by motion sensors but was annoying we couldn't turn it off...
What a waste, all that office furniture just left, lot of money there , why is it not reused?
It has that concrete inside the building so it has to be knocked down
What are you whispering for?
I dunno hahaha
