My dear and wonderful teacher hope you are doing very well. Yesterday l had my oral interview and commission appreciated my Lesson Plan(l explained all my choises about methodologies, tools, materials used to cover a Grammar topic(countable and uncountable nouns for lower school- that was my track), l think l nail it, waiting for the second and last step). I wanted to ask too. what can ı do if 2 student hate and try to fight eachother. talk eachother. or more 4 ot 6 people fight.. :/ and cann you say "Muhammed öğretmenim"
I guess that depends on two factors: the age of your students and school policies. In my opinion, if you witness a fight, it's important to handle the situation calmly. Stay calm, separate the students involved in the fight, or, if needed, call for assistance from other staff members or school security. After that, speak to the students involved individually to understand their perspectives and what led to the fight. I would do that in the presence of a parent and the students' headteacher. Generally speaking, I would follow the school's code of conduct to handle this situation, which should also include mediation, counseling, and disciplinary action.
