My new music purchase arrived today: Montrose - Complete Recordings 1973-1976 box set. It has all their Warner Bros. albums plus discs of demos and live material. Got it from Pop Market.

Brendon, a coupla discs that you, and anyone who enjoys 80s style hard rock should check out, are the recently re-issued "Rock-n-Roll" and "Cocaine Cowboy" by KK Wilde. Excellent stuff, and previously VERY rare. A big thumbs up to FNA Records for making these accessible to the masses.

yesterday recieved 2 of 4 CD's of Joe Satriani- Shockwave Supernova & Is There Love In Space and rocked them , should recieve Engines of Creation and Time Machine later today mail , bringing my Satriani collection to 17 , several of collection is G3 & G4 and one Chickenfoot so will now have new CD player jam out with better quality sound. Thanks Brendon , Stay Safe

I got a few new titles this week including Eric Johnson, two Grateful Dead titles (a reissue of Europe 72 and. the 4 CD Lyceum Theater London, England 5/26/72) Maggie Rogers, Matt Nathenson and Billy Howerdel.
I recently bought UK's 1979 sophomore album "Danger Money" on vinyl during my trip to the record store. It was $8 and it was cleaned. Then I found out Walmart had that album on CD for $16. I'd rather have it on CD than vinyl. Danger Money doesn't have Alan Holdsworth on it, and it isn't as near as good as the band's 1978 S/T debut, but it's still a good listen.
Regarding new material, I have to dive into it that day. Especially for a favorite band like Journey. Other non-new related albums might be different. But I try to only but when I’m in the mood so I don’t have albums sitting around that I haven’t heard.
I think you had mentioned Flying Colors in the past. If so, was it Steve Morse that brought you to that band? My impression was that most were drawn to the band by the other Morse, Neal, as he's considered the leader of the band and has an extremely loyal fanbase (i.e. even those not religious at all craved his Christian solo work).
Yes I gravitated to Flying Colors via Steve but stayed because of all the other great talent. I’m also a fan of Spock’s Beard and Mike Portnoy and all of his projects.

Britney Spears an album I couldn’t find for the longest time. Her music is good when I’m in that type mood. Femme Fatale is the album I found it was $7.50 in Big Lots. Great find for me. Anything under $10 is a great price.
Hey Brendon- I do have a question for your meet up on Saturday. I recently bought 2 Japanese printed cds(firehouse and stryper). The stryper cd(universal japan) had an English booklet inside and also came with a Japanese lyric sheet which I thought was cool however, the firehouse cd's booklet(Epic) was entirely in Japanese with no english which was very disappointing. Any idea if there is a way to know before buying if the booklet will be in English? Thanks!

Hey Brendon. There is a recent Cozy Powell Cd box set that has all three Cozy solo albums included. It’s pretty inexpensive and a great deal!
