goodness, so much tension, so much power, so much music!
Im sure its been said thousands of times already and there will be people that disagree but Matt is a wonderful artist and this is an amazing song, and as a musician myself its so much harder to connect to an audience thats just got their phones stuck in the air, trying to hold still to get the perfect shot rather than connect, move around and be in the moment. Matt pays photographers and filmers, as made evident by this very video to professionally document his concerts with incredible footage and audio that people cant get on their phones so he can put them on youtube for people to enjoy time and time again after the concert has passed so i dont see why its necessary for everyone else to. Enjoy the concert while you are there, because no video on your phone or professionaly shot, edited and published video will be able to capture how amazing live music really is and how much of an incredible artist and performer Matt is. Dont take away form the experience by watching it through a tiny window in your hands, be there. Just an opinion tho

So true! nothing annoys me more than standing next to someone desperate to document the performance rather than actually revelling in and enjoying the moment. Ive always wondered how the artists themselves feel about it.

I recently saw Matt Corby at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney for Great Southern Nights. It was an absolute dream come true to see him and to hear him perform this song live. It’s an unreal song.

After listening to this song over and over again I now actually prefer this song over Brother. The instrumental sound to this song is just amazing, and the voice it makes you relax. I love it. It takes a Genius to produce music like this. And im proud to say I've learnt this on guitar!! ^_^

I have self-reflected, I have cried, gotten angry with myself or many people because of lyrics Matt Corby sung and this is simply because this man speaks the words that we as people cannot begin to express to ourselves or anyone close to us. He sees and knows and speaks for us and if it's one miracle I'm thankful for it's Matt.

I hesitated to buy a presale ticket to your Freo show yesterday because I can't really afford it, but after seeing this video this mornin, I found a way to get hold of a ticket. It's booked and I can't wait! I may have to hitchhike though so if anyone is passing through Wongan Hills on their way down to the Fremantle show and has a spare seat let me know!

This was the 4th time I've seen Matt Corby live - each show just gets better and better! Can't wait for the Album!!!
In the end the experience is just a memory. Everyones perfectly capable of holding their phones/cameras up to record and appreciate the music at the same time without looking at the screen. There's nothing wrong with capturing a moment.

the amount of people videoing is astonishing! i understand that people want to keep this memory for as long as they can, and re-live it, but at Matt's concert in Perth, he asked everyone to put there phones and cameras down for a second, and just listen to his music. i love his simplicity, and wiseness.
