Neuvillette is actually my favorite lore wise and personnality wise character. And his arrival in Genshin gives me hope for the next dragon sovereigns to come! Especially the pyro one. Neuvillette is such an incredibly well written character to me.

And it was heavily implied that he was in isolation prior to being the Iudex but still fully grown. Given that Furina was Archon for 500 years and Neuvillete was grown when she took office
Well Neuvillete would be a good ally for the final battle. The dragon souvenirs are the Key to solving the problems. Genshin Gamer I have a theory. The Fatui are gonna get all gnosis. So what if the 4th descender aka the traveler is the last piece they need to complete their task.
He won’t.. pretty sure azhuhal is a much stronger sovereign and zhongli was EQUAL in power.. zhongli beat him.. TWICE.. azhdual also uses all elements and still lost as a full so sovereign in the boss fight though he was weakened .. but Nuev isny exactly as war seasoned as azhdual nor zhongli… aka Geo sovereign lore wise seems way stronger then the hydro sovereign was.. aka zhonglo is way stronger and master weapons user and war general.. I think Apep who is still full dragon. Only one si far that is confirmed to have survived.. is probably a naturally stronger sovereign then then hydro dragon too.. based on venti being a wild card and most impressive fts in the game.. sank largest mountain on teyvat and casual tosses a mountain to create golden apple.. I suspect the anemo sovereign was the strongest sovereign… but still speculation but the fact venti is a complete mystery yet casuall has the two strongest fts in the game/lore.. and anemo gnosis… I suspect anemo sovereign was an absolute unit.. 😂 I’m convince Zhongli even Ei are stronger then full power hydro dragon.. 🤔 100% azhual is stronger then hydro dragon and zhonli was even matched and won.. I would think they would be wary about the creatures made by their enemy, so I kinda doubt at first that they would actually be willing to work for something that the enemy that defeated them, cherishes. If anything, since Phanes cherished humans, and since these sovereigns are not as powerful as they once were. The best revenge they could do is wipe out tiny helpless ants(humans) that Phanes made, to cause him anguish.
Saw the comment about the other Sovereign Dragons becoming playable, so here's my question IF that does happen- how do we make Apep playable? We don't know if she's able to have a human form like Liyue's Adepti.

Honestly, why did Phanes even create his own variations of dragons after having to face off the dragon Sovereigns? If anything, it only serves to remind me of his victory, but I suppose in terms of logic, he could do it as a means to assimilate the sovereign dragons, so they can fall under his rules, a clever plan. When you mention shades, I would immediately think he is fighting against aspects of himself. Their sole purpose is like the Raiden Shogun puppet, to only follow what Phanes made them to do. I think when he made humans, he got a weak spot for them that goes against what he programmed for them. Honestly, I would like to think of him fighting against himself, not a pleasant thought, especially when it's more than one. Obviously, he lost. If I were to make sense of what you said. I think even Phanes is not above his own rules like the sovereign dragons are.
I'm sorry if this seems as an unpopular opinion but I wish Hoyoverse made someone else the Hydro-sovereign, I like the idea of one or two of the Sovereigns walking amongst humanity in plain sight, but I can't help but find Neuvillette just boring and too perfect/invincible as a character and I was hoping they could have used him to bring justice to the Oceanids who were just reduced to "I want to become a real human pretty pleeeaaase?" instead of starting a revolution and gave their revenge on the Hydro Archon somehow.
Invincible is a little bit of a stretch in my opinion. Neuvillette is supposedly stronger than the archons but he has taken so many Ls: he got a scratch from Childe by ambushing him, the whale broke his shield with no diff, and Childe held the whale for fukin40 days says about how strong the Narwal was. Then there's the line 'nothing we can do about it now,' before gaining his authority and his biggest feat is called out as a pet of someone. For me he is far from perfect and the strongest ( I'm not a neuvillette hater, so don't come after me . )
