Hugely appreciate this Dr Mercola. Thank you for your wisdom, sharing great guests and your mission to improve the health of the planet. You are a rare gem in this word.
I hope guests are well aware that Joe will dominate the conversation. He’s still an absolute legend saving so many lives- but come on Joe, you’re 70, share the interview!
The breath work he speaks of allowing CO2 to go up saved me from asthma and healed me. If you're able to focus for hours at a time when you're having a severe time, try it.
Absolutely brilliant, Dr. Mercola and Dr. Pedre! You helped me figure out how I healed when you mentioned the importance of enemas for gut health. I'm healthier now that I'm 70 -- than when I was a child. I really have learned to tune into my body and honor my intuition. No antibiotic, probiotic, or prebiotic helped me. I learned about enemas from a colonics pro and eating clean, organic foods as recommended by a Naturopathic doctor. These helped me fix my gut.
To improve gut health we need to reduce protein over-consumption, improve protein digestion (by taking minerals, digestive enzymes, and digestive acid Betaine HCl), work on improving stool pH to bring it down to 6.8 or less. Undigested protein feeds bad alkaline forming bacteria.
@@sarahmh3971 To restore intestinal lining you need to focus on reducing bad bacteria, any undigested meat will feed bad bacteria, so you need to temporarily reduce to the amount you can handle. To help to digest what you eat - drink only hot water before you eat or when you eat, and you can take enzymes. To suppress bad bacteria can take Saccharomyces Boulardii. Also to speed up intestinal lining healing can take l-glutamine and drink bone broth (not cold, has to be pleasantly hot). When your intestinal lining starts to heal you can increase soluble fiber and take probiotics containing lactobacillus. Ideally you want to listen to recommendations from the healthiest supercentenarians, for example famous Leila Denmark, she lived till 114, and she managed to work as a pediatrician till 103 - no dementia, no arthritis. She was recommending for children 3 meals a day, each meal should contain 1 serving of protein (meat / fish / eggs), 1 serving of carbs (grains / beans / potatoes), and 2 servings of vegetables (cooked or raw). She was saying 1 serving of fruits is ok, but not essential. Strictly 5.5-6 hours between meals. No snacks in between meals, only can drink water. And don't force a child to eat, or to finish everything on his plate, if they don't want to eat everything you put on their plate they will have to wait 6 hours till the next meal. The reason why there is 6 hours between meals is because when you eat, the food from the previous meal will get pushed down to the intestine, and if it didn't get digested then you will end up just feeding bad bacteria (according to her book). For adults it is depending your age and the activity level (she was saying she was skipping lunch most of the time), but in general since adult is not actively growing, and our body can recycle protein we need less protein, only to support immune system and all metabolic processes in your body, you don't want to consume protein as a source of calories to burn for energy, because protein doesn't burn clean, also it speeds up cell division, and with each division telomeres are shortening, which in turn will shorten your life. But on other hand protein deficiency will also shorten your life. Also prolong fasting (more than 24 hours a day) also shortens telomeres, because it affects telomerase enzyme.

@@sarahmh3971 1gr of protein per kg of ideal weight. Not the weight of the protein, you can use a free app like carb manager to enter the weight of your protein and it'll give you the amount of protein per ounce. Consumming less than 0.8gr of protein per kg of bodyweight will not optimize your muscle and bone strength.
SUPER GUT by Dr. William Davis is another source of helpful information. Infectious disease doctors at most hospitals have no idea! Their idea of helping means treating cerebral spinal fluid spilling form an ear as if it is an infection (when the neurologist is on vacation). Etc. Antibiotics and antivirals galore! All JUST IN CASE!!! Goodbye biome.
Talk to dr David Stephens regarding his glucose cure protocol as part of your research for this next book. He’s helping lots of people with it, but marketing to large numbers of people isn’t yet happening.
Great content, as always! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
24:42 Russians figured out, I can give you that link here on youtube, but it is in Russian language, you have to remove from the diet, at least temporary, rotting excess of protein which reinforces the bad bacteria, make fermented drink from oats and lactobacilli and start drinking that kvass 1 teaspoon after each meal. Buy pH meter to track improvement pH of your stool.

Other doctors I’ve learned from also have found that the LPS from good bacteria is not as damaging as that from bad bacteria.
This conversation has been a joy to listen to❤❤❤
I wish I could know you guys opinion about Allulose.

How many grams of protein per day?

Dr Mercola get kiran krishnan he is another Gut Gurus
This was a terrible "interview". The guest hardly got a word in. Dr. Mercola was constantly interrupting and conducting a monolog.
