Civilians don't really care about you, if they see you with a crowbar, they will instantly call the cops. If they see you lockpick, carry a big item, crouching or tresspasing, they will get suspicious, and adventually call the cops. 3. Don't run over/hit civs, if you do, you have to restart and you will continue at Ur last save. 4. If a home owner sees you, get away as quick as you can and cross the white line. Like so Jack can see :)
