Love him, he shows that Buddhism is fun and not just stuffy and fluffy. Say shit if you want, make poop jokes, have a good time!

you know I've been thinking. IF something is really hard on you a memory from the past in this life. Maybe if we alter it and think yeah it sucks this happened but remember we have lived many lifetimes before just imagine all the bad shit that could have happened in that lifetime? The heartache, the regret , the pain ? See we don't feel a thing right? Because we cannot remember at this stage. But let me tell you something you are born as a human again this lifetime right? That of it's self is a blessing that means we were able to in our past let go of the pain and suffering and had good karma to be born back as a human so when bad shit from the past ( this life ) keeps entering your mind simply just know that somewhere in your past life this has probably happened or something worse has happened and you got through it. It's not easy but I am just trying to give a suggestion that I just came across while listening some talks from Ajahn Brahm.
