So DNA under his fingernails, google searches for the victim on his phone including a dozen photos of the victims home, driving the vehicle seen coming and going to the victims home, a cut up giant straw hat in his garage, tennis shoes that match what was seen on the video, and a motive to kill the victim....nothing to see hear folks, just a guilty man at the defense table. Geesh, it doesn't get more obvious.
If he did it, he is the dumbest perpetrator. Take your own car, in broad daylight, commit crime, highlight yourself with bright orange attire and leave all sorts of evidence!
Why allow yourself to be a witness against yourself? Why did the judge allow this witness to just talk rather than allow his lawyer to question him? Interesting career choices though, leasing agent to handyman and to HVAC tech to probate lawyer to public administrator to a disguised murderer. That's a real go getter.
