Got my Visa Issued today on the CEAC site . Got a lot of info from this channel and Argo Visa channel !! They are really very helpful .. keep watching them if u have a interview !!
Keep it up !! 👍🏼
I think visa officers/consular officers are unjust or not fair when it comes to issuing of visas or approving a visa application, an applicant might not be able to express him or herself to answer questions as the interview officer expect them to do, doesn’t mean the applicant is not a genuine traveler going to the US, then they get denied. Some applicants might answer the interview questions suitable as the officer expect them to do, but doesn’t mean they are genuine traveller to the US, their visa application get approved. Some officers also can just see an applicant and don’t like dislike the applicant, in this situation no matter how genuine you are, the officer can still refused your visa approval. I think mostly is just luck and depending on the Instincts of the consular officer. We are living in unfair world, if you are from certain countries they makes it difficult for you to travel to other countries, and they make it easier for people from certain countries to travel easily without no difficulties and restrictions.
Thank you! I am one of them. I am naturally a nervous person and I sometimes crumble under pressure and will forgot information or do not express myself properly. I have been denied twice yet all I want to do is visit for 3 weeks and return back to the UK.
I'm sorry it seems unfair. What ideas do you have to make it better for people applying for visas?
I love your discussion...answering those questions was appreciated
Been through multiple H1B interviews over the years and finally got my GC after 15 years in 2022.
Thank you so much, Mandy. This session is truly informative. Thank you, Rob.❤❤❤
I am from Nigeria , and studying in the UK. I have a B1 B2 interview next month and your videos have been helpful. Back home in Nigeria I have been denied an American visa on three occasions, now living in the UK as a master student I want to give it another shot.
Where you approved? If Yes, what are some of the questions that you were asked? My interview is in few weeks.
Thank you 🙏 Argo officer, I got my visa approved, your videos have been very helpful🫶🫶🫶

watching from Japan . i have my interview on feb 27 2023. i was once refused for B1/B2 2016😅😅
I wish you good luck. When did you book the appointment for interview?
Visa application has become a source of income for the state department. How much is being charged to a visa applicant? 300 dollars? And then denied? OMG!
Thanks you so very much helpful
We had our K 1 fiance visa deemed expired. At last step before the interview ( we had covid related issues that delayed us to move forward) our lawyer isnt available any longer as well. We contacted the usa embassy and they just said you have to redo it all over again. With my time, money and our hearts well being on the line , can you please tell us if we can fight this and not have to start all over from the start ( due to covid relates issues outlr visa was on hold, then pending due to covid related delays ….

Hi Rob, you should also bring someone from Canada, right now they are offering the most seamless visa experience, after spending almost 80-90k (now India charges an additional 20% tax on foreign remittance to US) for MS, USCIS makes it really difficult for entrepreneurial engineers to earn money back while Canada makes it really easy. Why does US immigration make life so difficult for smart engineers, and especially issue RFE to critical roles like supply chain, data science?
Hello, I went for a B1 visa interview to attend a Conference in Oct but I failed to show the letter that show that the company shall support my trip but showed my offer letter. It was denied on 214B basis. If I apply in a weeks time for the same conference since I got the letter from the company, what's the rate of success or what can I improve on? I got the conference invitation letter too. Thanks.
It will definitely help, the more proof you have the better

@@chaiandcoaching I have my j1 interview in London on Friday and I am worried about what I can use as proof of intent to return to my home country. I do not have any school offers or job contracts available.
I'm 16 from Uganda and I have my f1 visa interview in July but my biggest question is will I be interviewed with the presence of my parent
If you are under 18 your parents should be there with you at the visa interview to give their consent
an A1 country like USA is having a hard time controlling illegal workers hence giving tourist visa becomes a problem.. countries like Taiwan and hongkong on the other hand has no problem giving tourist visa and even Free of charge visas .. whereas they have legal workers working in their countries... its kinda ironic... i just came back from taiwan where i enjoyed visa free visit to this wonderful place... and enjoy every minute.. same as USA im sure i will visit soon.. (its been 20 yrs ago my last visit) vis cost usd200.00 not cheap.. and to think i have to prove this and that to the consul and theres possible of getting denied??? my oh my..its easier to just order online from amazon the things i like to buy..without goin through the hassles
This is EUs chance to poach the highly educated US H1B workers away from US and basically become the next IT boom zone. Generally US has made it harder for Indians specifically, so if you're planning to do a MS in US, I would suggest you to reconsider.
@@mohit4902 thanks so much for the info.. yes i would consider other countries to visit for now..
1. I have a registered company
2. I have enough funds in my account
3. I have my tax clearance
4. I am going on vacation (3-4weeks)
5. I am self employed
I have a job, children and granddaughter who I'm legally responable for yet I get denied
Thanks for the tremendous work
@@chaiandcoaching it was how to respond to the question of B1 and B2 visa during the US Visa interview.
If I have a prior visa denial , will the american officer look at my previous DS160 In the next visa interview?
I’m not sure about that, sorry. Please get help from an immigration attorney or the experts at Argo Visa for guidance. 😃
The officer will see your previous rejection and will bear it in mind while you are trying to convince them at your appointment and high chances they’ll swing toward it unless you persuade them otherwise. Your application needs to be very very convincing
Just stumbled on this topic....am in Michigan but my family member has not been able to visit for 6yrs now ...am in medical issues and need this member to help me still no visa but the embassy workers enjoy being in my country. Yes I have 3 citizenship
Am going to apply for my b1,b2 visa this month so let me learn more from Argo videos
We file a spouse visa and I am hoping you guys can work on it now because I really miss my husband! 😭😭😭
Wife was denied after third question. Legally married to my wife 14 months. Figured because we never want to live in the USA we would apply for a tourist visa instead of a green card. Especially if we only want to visit family every other year. We bought a new truck in Thailand and about to buy land to build a small home but still looking. I guess reapply next year for a tourist visa when we own the house or bite the bullet and just get a green card for a two week trip 😳.
B1 and my son has no intentions of staying US as he ia taking care of me the mother and my daughter explained so well that eventhough my so is working she will pay for his ticket and paid for the visa
Because I send message to your USCIS customers

Hi Rob I'm from the Philippines and I gonna have my B2 visa interview on january 23,2024.i know the videos that u shared with us would be a great help.thank u
Good day my name is lei,and I am watching your replay here in the PHILIPPINES
Greetings, I love your channel, many blessings, my wife went to her interview for the b1/b2 visa, they asked her several questions, but the question that caused her to be denied the visa was that she is Colombian and I am a Dominican traveling to Colombia with the whole family We have three children, and from Colombia we traveled to Italy to a fair where we were going to participate and the officer asked her who you left the children with when you traveled to Italy and she answered with my mother and automatically she told her that her visa could not be approved At this moment, what would be a correct answer?
I’m not sure, the correct answer is always the honest answer, not sure how that could be a problem
Very good with new policy of US immigration is. America's Administration has been constantly grown nonstop since Independent 1777.

My name is Jinto Tom Joseph. I'm from India. But currently past 3 months I lived in Belgium. I got a residence permit here. I got rejected once for US B1 visa interview from India in 2018. And I planning to take another appointment from Belgium because of my company's Business purpose.
But my company is in India. I still work for my company in WFH mode from Belgium because my wife is works on a Belgium company so I'm here for family reunion. Is there any chance of rejection because of I apply from here.
