Why do people overpay for houses? I got mega ride cat for an I decorated sandbox island, that house was worthless for me.. Forget about trading pets for pets, I’m going to start trading houses for pets!
You may can buy the exact house, but you can't make the exact interior. Some people are just bad at building inside of homes or leave the house empty because it's too much rooms to be decorated and most people don't have imaginations. (Imagination means like they don't know which room should be which or how they want to make it look.) Also building interiors cost a lot of amc (adopt me cash) and takes a lot of time. Most people care more about pets than housing, so they won't be wanting to spend that much time on a house even if they wanted a nice looking home. That's why most unlocked houses on adopt me are not furnished. I traded my pizza place for a neon ride king bee as shown on my channels video because my house was well decorated and nature themed. Bottomline: Some people would rather trade for a house that already has a really nice interior because of the obstacles that are in placed when it comes down to building. Not everyone has the time, patience, talent, or money for builds either. Overpaying for a house is only for those who have really really good interior, like the ones in this video!🥰

A few days ago I was able to trade two of my houses (one a cute grinding room and the other a family house) for a NFR alicorn and a NFR skele-rex, I was so happy because the amount of time spent on the house doesn't even come close to the amount of time it takes to make a neon legendary and in total the houses were like 13k bucks...? so I was like,,, UHMMM YES!
i once traded my house too, i recreate the Jollibee restaurant in racetrack house and i traded it away for nfr crow, fr owl and a fr shadow. That time i was so happy cuz i got fr shadow for my build it was literally my dream pet on that game and i appreciate the player who love my build and overpay for it huhu
