Sir i have a question of physics which is stuck in my mind from few months. You are a teacher you may know the answer my question is...... 4 masses are oscillating.., Mass of 1 ball=m, velocity of 1 ball=v (say) So when 2 balls collide they make 2 balls move and (when 3 balls collide they make 3 balls move) , why doesn't it happen that 2 balls collides with speed v [ momentum =(2m) × (v)= 2mv ] and make just a single ball move with double of their velocity still momentum would be (m) ×(2v) =2mv. If we push 3 balls why doesn't they make the fourth ball go at 3 times their respect velocity as [(3m) ×(v) = (m) × (3v) ] . Sir if you know the answer please clear I asked my physics teacher this ques also he said this is out of syllabus butt the curiosity is stuck in my mind🙂
You should explain why the glass broke in first experiment. Also explain the point of contact forces and reaction forces on glass for better understanding.
