They are 17-15 because Gage "stole" 9 matches at the beginning of the series when his pulls were extremely better than Alex's ones. They were 4-9 for Gage, so that means Gage lost 13 of the last 19 episodes
To be fair.. Cimos early card pool last season was the same as Gages earlier this season (being a bit OP). Then Gage got a little momentum and then… you remember. The black wings lol

Playing to your opponent's methods is just as important as understanding what cards out situations, as otherwise, you can still read the situation incorrectly and lose anyways. Either way, the correct out was to instantly fire the Dust. Gahgeh wanted the monster to tribute it. Whether he was attacking with it or not, Dusting immediately was the only option there, and even then, Gage still had a normal summon available, meaning he still could have had an out.
@@Sassaparilla if he dusted during MP1, he could just normal summon after. However, if he waited until the BP, then he would still have that face down which gage doesn't know what it was. He therefore would probably be to scared to do his normal summon out of fear of something like torrential. Also considering the fact cimo has been mailing pulling the rugs lately, I think statistically dust tornado during the BP is the best thing.

This episode is a fucking train wreck and a half and I'm calling it that Cimo threw at the end. even with "pulling the rug" in the board and Gage forgetting about it. Alex Says that he knows 2/5 cards in his hand (2 thunders) after 2 turns where gages best plays were Summon monster banish light and dark. The moment Snatch came down, Cimo knows he had it because he doesn't wait for everything he just says oh yeah "content time" and then Gage does the DUMBEST shit ever and tributes over it so he can "be safe from battle traps" (I'm sure) that haven't been played the whole episode.
I believe Cimo was throwing to not have a card banned. He should know Gage can tribute it for TD just to get rid of twin. With his crappy hand and 1100 LP that puts him on a timer where he can just lose to anything else.
Eh, considering how he plays in all the other series I don't think this was actually a throw. Cimo has a pretty long history of avoiding the obvious play that would win the game because it doesn't give him enough "value". He's greedy as hell and it backfired hard on him here.

How is Drawing Stein g2 the worst draw. It didn't matter? You still DH the field, MST Backrow and summon something with 1500 attack from deck then stein NS. If stein wasn't drawn you do the same thing with Snipe who Lo and Behold has 1500 attack exactly
